You can use the following guide to estimate the tent size you will need according to the number of people it needs to accommodate and any other requirements. • 400 dancing.
• 360 seated cinema style
• To create a large single structure suitable for large weddings and corporate events.

450m² (30 x 15)

• 225 seated at tables and chairs.
• 350 dancing.
• 300 seated cinema style.
• To create a large single structure more suitable for cinema style arrangements or corporate events such as expo's or product launches where a longer and narrower shape is required.

432m² (24 x 18)

• 200 seated at tables and chairs.
• 300 dancing or cinema style.
• To create a large single structure perfect for large weddings and corporate events.

300m² (20 x 15)

• 150 seated at tables and chairs.
• 200 dancing (or cocktail tables) or cinema style.
• Standard Wedding tent for 80 - 1 guests plus small dance floor, DJ and buffet station
• Bar tent for 2000 people (with 40% use for customers)
